  1. Should you receive a damaged/faulty/broken item in your delivery, we require that you notify us within 5 business days of receipt of parcel. Return stock due to damage or fault will only be accepted after completing a returns form which you can request by phone or email.  We will send you a prepaid returns satchel when claim is approved. Item(s) will be replaced/repaired at our discretion.
  2. Returns sent without following this procedure will not be accepted. All sales are final and we do not accept returned stock due to change of mind
  3. In the unlikely event that an item is missing from your delivery, we require notification within 48 hours of your delivery for you to make a claim.
