- Should you receive a damaged/faulty/broken item in your delivery, we require that you notify us within 5 business days of receipt of parcel. Return stock due to damage or fault will only be accepted after completing a returns form which you can request by phone or email. We will send you a prepaid returns satchel when claim is approved. Item(s) will be replaced/repaired at our discretion.
- Returns sent without following this procedure will not be accepted. All sales are final and we do not accept returned stock due to change of mind
- In the unlikely event that an item is missing from your delivery, we require notification within 48 hours of your delivery for you to make a claim.
